This role expanded her visionary leadership and deepened her commitment to talent development for the global sales teams she led.

She played a vital role in the transformation of IBM’s Sales Culture through the development of innovative learning offerings and executive and team coaching. She is especially proud of the work she did to change mindset around diversity and inclusion and the training of managers to adopt a coach leadership style.
She is passionate about guiding and coaching her clients to be resilient and visionary leaders able to effectively address critical business challenges with maximum impact and lead fulfilled personal lives.
